Mental Health Services Act (Prop 63) Community Implementation Event, Wednesday, March 2, 2005, 4-6 p.m., Green Room at the War Memorial & Performing Arts Center, 401 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco. Learn from state leaders who wrote and spearheaded the passage of MHSA about the vision of a transformed mental health system. Update from local leaders on the San Francisco MRSA planning process. Free and open to the public. Consumers and family members especially encouraged to attend.
