(3.1) CBHS-Substance Abuse - Request for approval of a contract renewal
with Center for Juvenile & Criminal Justice, in the amount of $249,250
to provide substance abuse recovery services targeting adult male parolees,
for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
