7) FOR ACTION: BHS-Mental Health - Request for approval of a renewal contract with Sunny Hills Children’s Garden, Family and Children’s Services, in the amount of $192,416, to provide mental health services for youth ages 12 through 18, for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.

8) FOR ACTION: BHS-Mental Health - Request for approval of renewal contracts with the following seven out-of-county hospitals: Adventist Health California Specialty Hospital, Alta Bates Hospital, Herrick Campus, Fremont Hospital, John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System, Mills-Peninsula Hospital, Stanislaus Behavioral Health Center and Sutter Center for Psychiatry, in the amount of $302,400 per year for four years for a total of $1,209,600, to provide inpatient mental health services for San Francisco child and adolescent clients for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2008.
