The Budget Committee of the Commission will consider the consent calendar on this agenda at 2:00 p.m. at 101 Grove. The Budget Committee Consent Calendar consists of two sections. The first section is for items that will be considered for approval. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Budget Committee so requests. The second section consists of items that will be for discussion and approval.
Consent Calendar items that have been recommended for approval by the Budget Committee will be acted upon by a single roll call vote of the Health Commission. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Health Commission so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item.

(3.1) PHP-Emergency Medical Services Agency – Request for approval to accept and expend, retroactively, a new grant from the California Emergency Medical Services Authority, in the amount of $240,860, to supplement on-call physician coverage for trauma services at San Francisco General Hospital Trauma Center, for the period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
* Request memo, Grant information form, Budget page(3.2) CBHS – Request for approval of a retroactive contract renewal with Lincoln Child Center, in the amount of $156,498, which includes a 12% contingency, to provide children’s mental health services for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
* Contract summary, Monitoring report summary, Client demographic information form,(3.3) CBHS – Request for approval of a retroactive renewal contract with Ohlhoff Recovery Programs, in the amount of $376,583, which includes a 12% contingency, to provide behavioral health services to women and adolescents, for the period of July 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006 for a total contract amount of $632,659.

(3.9) AIDS Office-HIV Prevention – Request for approval of a retroactive new contract with UCSF-Stonewall Project, in the amount of $200,000, to provide HIV prevention services to men who have sex with men, for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006.
