The Budget Committee of the Commission will consider the consent calendar on this agenda at 2:00 p.m. at 101 Grove. The Budget Committee Consent Calendar consists of two sections. The first section is for items that will be considered for approval. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Budget Committee so requests, or there is a request for public comment. The second section consists of items that will be for discussion and approval.
Consent Calendar items that have been recommended for approval by the Budget Committee will be acted upon by a single roll call vote of the Health Commission. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Health Commission so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item.

(3.1) CHN–LHH – Request for approval to accept and expend retroactively a grant from the Regents of the University of California, in the amount of $75,000, to pilot a new medication management process, for the period of March 1, 2005 to May 31, 2006.
