Drop In:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday only
Doors open 8am

1st come, 1st serve, there is space for a maximum of 4 -5
patients. You must be assigned to MHHC to be seen in Drop In.
Patients not assigned to MHHC must go through the Central Enrollment
unit to get a Medical Home.

The Central Enrollment unit is located at 2789 25th Street (cross street Potrero, 2 blocks from SFGH)
Call 415-206-7800 to make an appointment and for Drop In enrollment hours.
