ENVIRONMENT HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/ SOLUTION (EHMS)

RFP 12-2019  The Department of Public Health is requesting a fully integrated Environmental Health Management System/Solution EHMS for the Department of Public Health (DPH) Environmental Health Branch (EHB). EHB is responsible for the continued assessment, preservation, and improvement of environmental conditions and circumstances that affect the health and safety of San Franciscans. At a high level, the EHB areas of responsibility can be found in Section II of the RFP. The description of work listed in Section II & Section IV is a general guide and not a complete description of all aspects of the work or of all tasks necessary in order to complete the work. To submit a proposal for review, respondents must follow the instructions in Section III “Minimum Qualifications”, Section IV “Scope of Work Response” and V "Submission Requirements" of the RFP.
