RELEASE OF INFORMATION AND RECORD RELEASE SERVICES

RFP 14-2020  The Department of Public Health is seeking proposals from vendors/contractors that can provide Release of Information and Record Release Services performing document management services in Hospital’s premises, when required, for the Department of Public Health (DPH), Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Medical Center (ZSFG) and Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH). Vendors/contractors must have the necessary qualifications set forth in this RFP and must demonstrate that they have at the minimum five years of experience of copying of medical records, of navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) experience with a hybrid record environment, training program of customer service and HIPAA training for employees to deal with public. Whether a proposer has, such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation and selection criteria described in Section IV of this Request for Proposals (RFP). No proposer shall have any legal or equitable right or obligation to enter into the contract or to perform the work as a result of such proposer being chosen.
