REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 16-2019
Check Writing Services for Client Stabilization Programs and Related Services

RFP 16-2019 The San Francisco Department of Public Health’s (SFDPH), Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is soliciting proposals from interested contractors to serve as a program administrator for check writing services within the following primary cost centers:

1. Residential Facility Based Services
2. Out of Network Provider Reimbursement
3. San Francisco Health Plan Private Provider Network (PPN)
4. Client Wrap-Around and Related Expenses
5. Emergency Housing/Stabilization Rooms and Related Expenses
6. Parent Institute Training
7. Workforce and Training
8. Other Emergent Needs such as Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder consultations, and hospital payments for psychiatric emergency and eating disorder.

Applicants must agree to comply with all related laws as stated in the City's Professional Services Agreement P-600 and must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing accounting, financial or program administrative services. Of the five years, a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with government agencies, related to the services solicited in the scope of work.
