RFP 2-2021 The City and County of San Francisco (City), acting by and through the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), is soliciting applications for Request for Proposal (RFP) for: (1) Chinese Community Problem Gambling Project (CCPGP) and (2) Cultural and Linguistically Appropriate Services Advocacy, Consultation and Training Project (CLAS) ACT. Applicants’ qualifications will be evaluated through the process described in Section V of this RFP. No applicant shall have any legal or equitable right or obligation to enter into the contract or to perform the work as a result of such applicant being chosen as a qualified Applicant.
This RFP outlines the Chinese Community Problem Gambling Project and Cultural Linguistic Appropriate Services Advocacy, Consultation and Training Project (CLAS) ACT and requests the utilization of one service provider to support, sustain and advance the services. The selected service provider will be responsible for the continued development and promotion of the problem gambling and CLAS utilizing evidence-based practices and standards.
