Request for Proposals (RFP) 30-2018
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE FOR DINEX EQUIPMENT IN USE AT ZSFGH CAFETERIA FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is seeking a firm to provide equipment maintenance for Dinex at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFGH).  A detailed description of the scope of work can be found in Section II of this RFP.  The description of work listed in Section II is a general guide and not a complete description of all aspects of the work or of all tasks necessary in order to complete the work. 

To submit a proposal for review respondents must follow the instructions in Section III "Submission Requirements" and must meet Section IV “Minimum Qualifications Requirements” of the RFP.
