The San Francisco Department of Public Health is soliciting proposals for an Electronic Health Records (EHR) System for the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

Notice: RFP 3-2017 HAS A MANDATORY 2% LOCAL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE SUBCONTRACTING REQUIREMENT. FIRMS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN CMD ATTACHMENT 2 LOCATED IN ATTACHMENT A-1 (A-1.ZIP) WILL BE DEEMED NON RESPONSIVE AND THEIR PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. THE CMD REQUIREMENTS ARE EXPLAINED IN SECTION IX.N.
