RFP 3-2022 The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), Behavioral Health Services (BHS), is seeking providers who can offer a variety of behavioral health services to youth referred from the San Francisco Child Welfare System and San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) placements. Qualified agencies must be able to provide a network of services for the provision of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) specialty mental health services. In addition, proposers must demonstrate how their mental health team can follow the youth and family as they transition to other levels of care and to a permanency plan. Interested proposers may apply to provide any one or combination of the following services:
