FURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E) MANAGEMENT SERVICES

RFP 33-2019  The City and County of San Francisco (the City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (this RFP) in search of contractor(s) that have the necessary qualifications to complete the work set forth in this RFP. Whether a firm has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section VII of this RFP.

The City may use the results of this RFP, at its sole and absolute discretion, for selection of firms and negotiations of contracts no longer than nine (9) years. The City reserves the right to procure services similar or identical to the services specified in this RFP by any other means. No Respondent is guaranteed a contract.

DPH reserves the right to issue multiple contracts in the future to multiple firms that are qualified and that submit a proposal. Throughout the course of future contracts DPH will monitor the performance of the contractors in accordance with DPH’s monitoring procedures and reserves the right to alternate primary providers for non-performance.

A contract or contract award is not a guarantee of funding for a program or the continuation of services.
