Non-Emergency Transportation Services for the San Francisco Department of Public Health

RFP 33-2021  The Department of Public Health is seeking proposers to provide as-needed wheelchair van, and other types of non-emergency medical transportation services for clients and patients for various programs. Vans will provide transportation for wheelchair bound patients (primarily) and other patients / clients at San Francisco General Hospital, Laguna Honda Hospital, Community Clinics or Contracted service providers. Transportation will be for discharge home or to another facility, for medical appointments, radiation, dialysis, and other medically necessary procedures. In addition, the selected proposers may also provide non-emergency ancillary transportation services in support of clients and patients for other needs to support the client / patient as directed or authorized by the Department.
