REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 41-2019
As Needed Transcription and Medical Staff Credentialing

RFP 41-2019 The Department of Public Health is seeking proposals for temporary credential verification services and staffing for the Medial Staff Services Department (MSDD) of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG) and Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH) to supplement current staff to meet unexpected peaks in demand. The vendor awarded a contract must be compliant with the Business Associates provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) of the Federal government of the United States of American and its Administrative Simplification regulations.

Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of supplying Bay Area based Credentials Coordinator Consultants and must have the capacity to provide on an as-needed, on-call basis approximately four (4) on-site employees and one (1) off-site employees at least 90% of the time, within fourteen (14) days of the request for staffing.
