Centers of Excellence – Outpatient / Ambulatory HIV Health Services
Introduction/Overview:
The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), intends to solicit proposals to support “Centers of Excellence Programs – Outpatient/Ambulatory HIV Health Services”. Potential Suppliers/Vendors are requested to submit proposals to support the service categories outlined in RFP 5-2019. Further information on services and how to apply for services are detailed in RFP 5-2019 Section II - Program Services Specifications.
