RFP 7-2019 The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is seeking qualified firms to provide all necessary services for online ordering of government-issued birth or death certificates for the Vital Records Unit of the San Francisco Department of Public Health.
To submit a proposal for review respondents must follow the instructions in Section III "Submission Requirements" and must meet Section IV “Minimum Qualifications Requirements” of the RFP.
