End to End Community COVID-19 Vaccine Access Sites for The San Francisco Department of Public Health

RFP 7-2021  The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is seeking qualified firms for End to End Community COVID-19 Vaccine Access Sites. A detailed description of the scope of work can be found in Section II of this RFP. The description of work listed in Section II is a general guide and not a complete description of all aspects of the work or of all tasks necessary in order to complete the work.
