Behavioral Health Services Online Learning Management System

RFQ 27-2019  The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), Behavioral Health Services (BHS), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify agency/organization applicants to provide and implement an Online Learning Management System for San Francisco’s Behavioral Health Services’ workforce and staff. This online training tool will enhance the proficiency of the BHS workforce to better provide for unserved and underserved communities within San Francisco.

DPH/BHS invites single agency and multi-agency collaborations to propose services to meet the needs of the BHS workforce and, ultimately, the mental health needs of the diverse San Francisco communities. The selected service provider(s) will be expected to provide all of the activities described in this RFQ.
