San Francisco County Nutrition Action Partnership (CNAP)
About Us
The SF County Nutrition Action Partnership brings together representatives from USDA FNS funded programs and other organizations serving low income residents of San Francisco. CNAP promotes program coordination, collaboration and participation and joint nutrition education message development and promotion.
