REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFQ) 17-2019
Trauma Scene Waste Management and Infectious Agent Response


RFQ 17-2019 The City and County of San Francisco, Department of Public Health (DPH), is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) in search of firms / proposers that have the necessary qualifications to provide as-needed trauma scene waste management and infectious agent decontamination in an event the city is faced with an emergency. The Trauma Scene Clean up contractor would perform emergency clean-up work on and as needed basis and would be available to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Details of the scope of work and qualifications can be found in Section II of the RFQ. The Department will establish a pool of qualified vendors for services, and vendors in this pool will be called based on the evaluation process described in Section IV of this RFQ.
