Physical, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants and Speech Language Pathologists for SFHN

RFQ 5-2021 The City and County of San Francisco (City), acting by and through the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), is seeking provider(s) for a timely and reliable source of short-term temporary Physical, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Speech Language Pathologists for the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) and Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH) for use during unusually high patient activity or low staffing due to absenteeism, retirement, or the inability to acquire qualified personnel.

Applicants’ qualifications will be evaluated through the process described in Section V of this RFQ to establish a ranked eligible list.
