At the Permit Center 15 City agencies are co-located to offer in-person Over-the-Counter (OTC) permits and services for construction, business, and special events.
The Permit Center is open 7:30 am to 4 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 am to 4 pm on Wednesdays. Environmental Health staff are at the Permit Center each day to offer Plan Check and other assistance from 9 am to 3 pm.

Parking
On-street metered parking is available in the immediate area comprising Mission Street, Otis Street, Gough Street and South Van Ness Avenue (please note garages are often full by 9:00am or 10:00am).
Transit
SF Muni bus lines include the 14 and 49 lines along Mission Street (northbound) or Otis Street (southbound). For other transit lines, use the Market Street and Van Ness stops.
