Mon - Fri - 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Please note: we are closed during all City and County of San Francisco holidays.

Confidentiality:

Services are confidential & don’t require parent/guardian permission unless noted

Services:

Primary Care*, Sports Physicals*, Reproductive Health Care, Behavioral Health Services, Recreational Programming (youth ages 18 and under)

* If under age 18 and not homeless or a runaway, must have a parent/guardian’s permission

Focus on youth in the Bayview Hunter’s Point neighborhood, ages 12-24
