Community Behavioral Health Services Integration Consensus Statement
Click on the links below to see the San Francisco CBHS Integration Consensus Agreement, which serves as the blueprint for a partnership between CBHS central administration and provider agencies in working together towards the integration of the mental health and substance abuse services. This Consensus Agreement was drafted and approved by the CBHS Integration Advisory Committee, the Integration Implementation Workgroup, and the CBHS Executive Team. A draft of this Consensus Agreement was widely circulated for input and revisions for several months within the CBHS systems-of-care, among providers, consumers, and family members, before being finalized. This Consensus Agreement is offered to CBHS provider agencies for consideration and adoption by the agencies’ Board of Directors. The Consensus Agreement is for a one-year period July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
