CONSENSUS STATEMENT COMMITTEE

Oversees the system-wide distribution for discussion, input, and iterative drafting system-wide of the Integration Consensus Statement, and its use by everyone throughout the system for visioning, consensus-building, and agreement on action steps towards integration.
 

CHANGE AGENTS COMMITTEE

Recruits, organizes, oversees the skill-development and activities, of a Cadre of Change Agents from throughout the system, which will assist CBHS agencies from within.
 

TRAINING COMMITTEE

Facilitates system-wide trainings (to reach down to all the programs and individual clinicians throughout CBHS) on the CCISC Model, on Effective Clinical Approaches for Co-Occurring Disorders, and on “Sets of Instructions to Clinicians” (trainings to be synchronized with screening, assessment, and treatment practices to be adopted system-wide)
 

INTEGRATION QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE

Launches, trains on, propagates, and oversees the system-wide use by CBHS programs of ZiaLogic’s COMPASS Program-level self-assessment & planning instrument – as an educational, staff engagement, quality improvement, and action planning tool.
 

PUBLICITY COMMITTEE

Regular, comprehensive, and system-wide dissemination of updates and information on the unfolding integration process, using different media, newsletter, e-mail updates, and availing of as many opportunities possible.
