Our Services

Below is a list of services that we provide for the Bayview Hunter’s Point Community. You can click on the titles to find more information about the services or call 415- 671-7000 for more information.

 

Primary Care Services

The Southeast Health Center (SEHC) provides comprehensive primary care and urgent care  for infants, children/teens and adults through several clinics and programs:

  • 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic
  • HIV Services
    • Early Intervention Program (EIP)
  • Prenatal Care Services
    • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program
  • Breast Health Services
  • Nurse Clinic
    • Services for patients with diabetes, asthma, and other chronic diseases are also provided through this clinic
  • Psychosocial Care
    • Mental health services
    • Social work services
  • Drop-In Plus Clinic
  • Dental Clinic

  • SEHC also provides a range of specialty health care services for infants, children/teens and adults:
  • Podiatry Clinic
  • Acupuncture Therapy
  • Vision Services
  • Patient Education Services
  • Healthy Food Pantry
Fees

Sliding scale, Medi-Cal, Medi-Care and some private insurance are acceptable forms of payments for services. We can adjust our fees for people without insurance based on income and family size.
